The system allows a maximum of six (6) attachments per grant application. If you have more than 6 separate attachments, please combine them (e.g. merge multiple Word documents in one file) and submit. Zip files are not permitted.
Once your request has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation page with a identification number for your files. You will also receive a confirmation email.

One application can be submitted for a related series of programs, such as a grand rounds series. The title, objectives and budget for each program must be included.

Notifications are based on when your application was submitted. Once all required documentation is submitted, it can take up to 30 days to receive a decision.
If your grant request is approved, we will do our best to process your contract and payment in a timely fashion, but cannot guarantee that you will receive payment prior to your program date.
If your grant is accepted, Animas Corporation reserves the right to post the information regarding funding under this agreement on a publicly accessible web site. This includes the identity of the recipient, the monetary value of the funding, the purposes for such funding, and other information as Animas Corporation determines appropriate.
