ezManager Max support

ezManager® Max helps you maximize the way you manage your blood glucose and insulin data. So it's important to us, and to you, that the software is working well, no matter how computer-savvy you are.


That's why we offer a comprehensive user guide, available for download. You should be able to find the answers to most questions, and solutions to most problems, right there.


Of course, if you have any questions that aren't answered in the guide, you can always call us on 1-877-YES-PUMP (1-877-937-7867), press option number 5, Monday through Friday between 10:00am and 7:00pm EST.


System compatibility

ezManager® Max software is compatible with: 

  • IBM-compatible PC running Microsoft® Windows® 2000, Microsoft® Windows® XP, or Microsoft® Windows® Vista®.
  • Apple® computer running Mac OS®10.5.


Diasend Uploader 

Just like with ezManager Max, it is important that you get the most out of your Diasend Uploader software and Diasend Personal account. If you are using Diasend’s web-based software to manage your blood glucose and insulin data, the Diasend Customer Support team is ready and willing to answer any questions that you have. You can contact Diasend’s Customer Support representatives at 1-888-DIASEND (1-888-342-7363) during the hours of 10:00am and 8:00pm EST. A quick guide for patients can be found here.


Should an issue with your pump or wireless download cable be identified, you will be transferred to the Animas support line.


Diasend is compatible with:

  • Internet access required to use Diasend Uploader
